Chamber music

Besides her activities as solo pianist, Tatiana Chernichka is a passionate chamber musician. She received Master’s Degrees in both Lied and chamber music from the Munich University of Music and Performing Arts and has won many chamber music competitions.

Among her chamber music partners are Professor Wen-Sinn Yang, Suren Bagratuni and Manuel Druminski (solo concertmaster of the State Theater Freiburg).

She has also collaborated intensively with the violinist Heidi Schmid and the cellist Indrek Leivategija.

The chamber music festival “Tage der Kammermusik” at the Munich University of Music and Performing Arts in 2008 brought the cellist Indrek Leivategija and the pianist Tatiana Chernichka together. Duo Schmid-Chernichka
